Shout Out

This is a post to say yay for Isaac! He is halfway through the penultimate class of his accounting program, and so far he has 100%.

Superstar.

Keep up the good work, love!

Also, I love the smell of new book… and this one is torturing me because I have too many essays to grade by Thursday and can’t justify starting to read it until they are done because the odds are good that I will not want to put it down.

Must. Grade. Faster.

According to Aiden

Me: Do you want to go home and eat milk and cookies with me?

Aiden: No! No eat milk and cookies!

Me: (puzzled and, honestly, shocked)

Aiden: No eat milk and cookies! Eat cookies and DRINK milk!

That’s one for Aiden.

This kid sure loves his milk… even more than a cookie.

Just for fun… this is a shower party in Danielle’s awesome bathroom that they updated themselves! Aiden clearly agrees that it is quality workmanship. Smile

Cars

Aiden is having a blast with his new rug, driving his cars all over the road and naming the Cars characters.

Temple Lights & Sounds

Sunday night we went up to the temple. Brooke was accompanying the final Temple Hill Days of Christmas concert, and wanted to be there for her. She was AWESOME, as was the woman who sang. While we were up at the temple, we took time to walk around and see the lights. You can’t beat the view from the top of the temple, except maybe just looking at the gorgeous temple grounds themselves. It was freezing but gorgeous and totally worth the chilly walk.

My House is a Disaster

This little boy so enjoys all of his Christmas presents, I can hardly get him to put them away. Ever. Our floor is mostly only clear when Aiden is sleeping.

On that note, many thanks to everyone for our Christmas gifts. We were all spoiled this year, and a messy floor is a small price to pay for all the smiles Aiden has been flashing the past week.

Happy New Year!
