Master Bath Completed!
I am loving not having to share a bathroom with my three-year-old anymore, as cute as he is. Pretty much everything in this bathroom is new… vanity, countertop, sink & fixtures, water hookup valves, mirror, lighting, cabinet, toilet, light switch, tile, shower pan, paint, towel bars, window, door, baseboards, and even half the subflooring and some of the drywall. It was a big project, but we’re so happy it’s done!
We are almost done with the inside of the house! It basically feels like a normal house now instead of a construction zone!

Landon’s First Week
He has been adjusting well to life on the outside. He is not nocturnal (whew). He lost a little weight, but he is a good eater. He has jaundice like Aiden but not as severely. He sleeps most of the time right now. He has not been as messy so far as I remember Aiden being. He is also our little rag doll. While Aiden had really good neck control and leg muscles from very young, Landon just flops around like limp spaghetti. It is fun to see how he is definitely his own little person already.
He has been lucky to have lots of visitors come see him.
His auntie Mandy even flew out from Utah this weekend!
We sure are enjoying having Landon in our family.

Introducing Landon Dean Snow!
Baby finally made his appearance! We scheduled an induction for the early morning of November 1 since he was eight days late. I started contractions on my own sometime in the hour or two beforehand, but they weren’t doing much, so they put me on a low dosage of Pitocin to move things along. He was born at 12:32 PM and was 7 lbs. 11 oz.—almost a pound more than Aiden! He held out for November and picked a cool weight so we could be birthday buddies (I was born 11/11 at 11:11, so the nurses called me the 7-11 baby).
So far he has been really mellow, crying a lot less than the baby in the room next to us and hardly fussing at all through all of his newborn screenings. He might, however, be nocturnal.
So far, he has dark hair and blue eyes. We’ll see how everything turns out in time.
We are lucky to have three of his four grandparents in town right now, which has been exceptionally helpful with Aiden, who is still not sure what to think about Baby Brother.
He came a lot later than expected, but he is so healthy, and we couldn’t be happier to finally meet him.
